Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival 2025 – Official Event Policies

Pass & Entry Policy

A valid Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival 2025 pass and official lanyard must be worn and clearly visible at all festival activities. Passes are non-transferable and will not be reissued if lost or stolen.

No one under the age of 21 will be admitted to the festival grounds—this includes infants and children in carriers. This policy applies to all ticketed areas, including tastings, seminars, chef demos, and special events. Please note that the Quesoff during Preview Week is the ONLY exception to this rule as all ages are welcome.

The resale of festival passes is strictly prohibited.

Event Code of Conduct

All festival participants—including guests, staff, speakers, volunteers, vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors—are expected to help create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

By attending, you agree to follow the official Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival Code of Conduct (available at https://www.fbgfoodandwine.com/code-of-conduct).

Violations of the Code may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 60+ days prior to the festival will incur a cancellation fee:

    • $250 per Consumer or Trade pass

    • $350 per Food & Wine Gives pass

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the address provided on your confirmation.

Weather Policy

The Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival is a rain-or-shine event. In the unlikely event of a cancellation (as determined by the organizers), the festival may be rescheduled or a credit may be offered for a future Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival event.

Use of Image, Name & Likeness

By attending the Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival 2025, you acknowledge and agree that the festival and its partners may photograph, film, or otherwise record you during the event.

You grant Fredericksburg Food & Wine Festival (FFWF) and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use these recordings—including your name, image, voice, and likeness—for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing

  • Advertising

  • Editorial use

  • Broadcast and digital content

  • Future promotions

These materials may appear in print, online, television, social media, or any other format, without compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please do not attend the event.
