When & Where is The Grand Tasting?

Date: Saturday, October 25th 2025

Time: VIP Entrance at 12pm, GA at 1pm

Where: Marktplatz | 126 W Main St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624

Badge Pick Up: 

This year, badge pick up will be held ahead of the event at Albert Hotel's lobby. Please pick up your badge prior to The Grand Tasting. If you cannot make it ahead of time, we will have additional badge pick up during the event at Marktplatz.

Badge Pick Up Schedule:

Wednesday, October 22nd, 4pm - 6pm at Albert Hotel

Thursday, October 23rd, 4pm - 6pm at Albert Hotel

Friday, October 24th, 10am - 12pm & 4pm - 6pm at Albert Hotel

Saturday, October 25th, 12pm - 5pm at Marktplatz

What to Wear:

This event is all outdoors so please dress accordingly — We recommend Hill Country chic with comfortable shoes! 

What to Bring:

Your badge, a purse or bag, empty water bottle, hat & sunscreen. All guests will be subject to a bag and security check upon entry. We will have a wine glass for you upon arrival and plenty of water inside!

What NOT to Bring:

Please do not bring your own wine vessels. Empty water bottles are allowed, but outside beverages of any kind are not permitted. There will be water filling stations on site to fill your water bottles. For everyone’s safety, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. As a reminder, all guests will be subject to a bag and security check upon entry.

Are Kids and/or Pets Allowed?

No. This is a strictly 21+ event — no pets or children are allowed.

Parking: 

There is free street parking on and around Main Street, though availability may be limited during this busy weekend. We highly encourage ride sharing for the safety of yourself and others.
