The Street Dinner

FRIDAY, October 25th, 6pm -10pm | SOLD OUT

Be a part of our inaugural 'Street Dinner,' in partnership with the Fredericksburg Convention & Visitor Bureau, on Fredericksburg's Austin Street, where a night of collaborative culinary innovation awaits. Begin the evening with a refreshing welcome cocktail by Dietz Distillery and Heath Sparkling Wine as you savor passed bites from Hill & Vine, during our opening course.  Following cocktail hour, indulge in the second course crafted by a Fredericksburg favorite, Otto's German Bistro paired with wine by William Chris Vineyards. The experience continues with a third course prepared by Hill Country Herb Garden paired with wine from Michael Ros Winery, followed by a fourth course from Revel Kitchen + Catering paired with wine by Augusta Vin. We’ll cap off the night with a final, dessert course presented by Keidel Pharmacy paired with a Garrison Brothers’ Small Batch neat pour.

Vino Vinyasa with Hye Thai at Marktplatz

Yoga + wine, y’all. Is there any other way to kick off a food and wine festival? Vino Vinyasa® classes bring together vinyasa-based yoga and fun wine facts through creative yoga poses. Expect a 40-minute, all level yoga class that will end with a comparative wine tasting of two Texas wines featuring Heath Sparkling Wines, inviting you to mindfully taste what's in your glass while applying what you learned through the poses. Complete your morning with mingling, sips & nibbles by the delicious team at Hye Thai!

The Fischer & Wieser Waterfront Brunch

Next, treat yourself to an assortment of sweet and savory pastries while enjoying the laid-back and upscale atmosphere. Family Friendly Pasture to Palate

We are delighted to offer a FREE, family-friendly event during the festival weekend where attendees can interact with OroBianco’s Water Buffalo Petting Area, enjoy a Peeler Farms breakfast taco, indulge in a refreshing scoop of gelato and (this one’s for mom and dad) stay fueled with artisinal coffee by the coffee connoisseurs from Sure Shot. Orobianco will be giving away 100 t-shirts in kid sizes and offering a token or card for 10% off gelato at FBG OroBianco, valid all day during the Food + Wine Festival on October 26th.
