2025 Fredericksburg Food & Wine Schedule
The premier culinary and wine experience in the Texas Hill Country.
This year, our celebration of the Hill Country runs even deeper. In the wake of the recent catastrophic floods, a portion of festival proceeds will benefit the Hill Country Hospitality Relief Fund, organized by the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce Events 501(c)(3) Foundation, to support hospitality professionals impacted across the region.
We’re proud to showcase the talent, creativity, and innovation that define Hill Country food and wine. But more than that, we’re honored to come together in support of the people who make this place so special. This year, we don’t just raise a glass — we pour back into our community.
Tickets for individual events, Grand Tasting Badges, Weekender Badges, and All Access Badges go on sale Wednesday, July 23rd!
