Guests will meet in the CALIVENCE Tasting Room 30 minutes prior to the 5 Course Prix Fixe Food & Wine Pairing Experience where they will begin with a CALIVENCE Specialty Cocktail and perfectly paired tray passed appetizers.

Our CALIVENCE Chef will go over the menu he will be serving and discuss the origins of the locally sourced ingredients we use in our dishes.

Our CALIVENCE Wine Ambassadors will discuss the Biodynamic farming techniques we utilize on our California Estate Vineyard to produce our exquisite wines and how these wines pair with the menu.
